Each year the Tarrant County Infant Health Network and Fatherhood Coalition of Tarrant County host an educational summit aimed at raising awareness about infant mortality and improving infant health in Tarrant County. Each Summit focuses on factors that contribute to high infant mortality rates and highlights strategies and best practices for improving infant health outcomes.
